At Ready2Resale, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy below, designed to be clear, fair, and in full compliance with Google’s return policy requirements.
Do We Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns but only for unopened and unused products:
- Used and open products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return is eligible in case of a fault or damaged product.
- In case a customer wants to return a brand-new device, 20% of the cost they paid will be deducted. The original box must be unopened, and the seal should be intact. The minimum deduction amounts to AED 200.
- Ready 2 Resale refuses to consider returns for changes of mind. If a customer returns something without fault but due to change of mind then 20% of the cost they paid will be deducted. The minimum deduction amounts to AED 200.
- You can initiate the return within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.
Do We Accept Exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges on unused items that meet our return criteria (see below). Please contact us first to confirm availability of the replacement item.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Methods
We offer the following return methods:
- By mail: Contact us via email at [email protected] to initiate your return.
- Return label: A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval
- Return location: In-store returns, or drop-off options are currently not available.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other approved returns (change of mind etc), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- 1. The product must be new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- 2. Damaged product upon delivery.
- 3. Non-functional or flawed product.
- 4. Incomplete order (missing accessories or parts).
- 5. Delivered product does not match the order.
- 6. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt).
- 7. Items marked as final sale or used are not returnable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Replacement Conditions:
To start a replacement claim, send evidence (videos and pictures). If your order qualifies, we will arrange a pickup and issue a free new order upon return of the original item.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, funds may take additional time to appear.
Warranty Policy
Recording an unboxing video is recommended.
Warranty covers:
- Physically damaged products upon delivery.
- Non-functional or defective items upon delivery.
- Products with extra dents, scratches, broken keys, cameras, or irregular battery timing.
The warranty lasts one year. Customers must contact the manufacturer’s service centre for assistance.
Violation
We do not handle return, refund, replacement, or warranty claims if:
- Defects are caused by unusual voltage, natural disasters, mishandling, or transport.
- The product has been opened, repaired, or altered.
- IMEI has been deleted, edited, vandalized, or does not match our database.
- The original invoice is missing, altered, or deemed illicit.
- The defect is caused by software issues.
Customer Responsibilities
Always make an unboxing video upon receiving products. No return, replacement, refund, or warranty claim will be processed without video or picture proof.
Before handing over the device, remove any Apple ID, passcode, or pattern lock. Ready 2 Resale is not responsible for data loss or misuse.
Your Consent
By using our website, creating an account, or making a transaction, you consent to our return, refund, replacement, and warranty policy.
