Do We Accept Returns or Exchange?
Yes, we accept returns or exchange but only under certain circumstances:
To be eligible for free return or exchange:
- Change of mind within 14 days.
- Damaged product upon delivery.
- Non-functional or flawed product.
- Incomplete order (missing accessories or parts).
- Wrong Product.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Methods
We offer the following return methods:
- By mail: Contact us via email at ecommerce@ready2resale.com to initiate your return.
- Return label: A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval.
Return Shipping Cost
Return cost not applicable to the customer if:
- The return is due to (wrong item, damaged on arrival, Non-functional or flawed product, Wrong Product).
- Return request in 14 Days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- 1. Device should be in its original condition as received.
- 2. Should be in its original box.
- 3. All accessories should be return.
Return Policy for Brand new device:
- The original box must be unopened, and the seal should be intact.
- If the device is opened the 14 days free return policy is null and void. 20% or minimum AED 200 along with shipment charges and if payment made by any means other than COD the non-refundable charges will be applicable will be deducted.
Replacement Conditions:
To start a replacement claim, send evidence (videos and pictures). If your order qualifies, we’ll arrange a free replacement order and ship it via our standard delivery service. We’ll also schedule a pickup within 3 days. To help us process everything smoothly, please share clear photos and an unboxing video upon receiving the products.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, funds may take additional time to appear.
Warranty Policy
Recording an unboxing video is recommended.
Warranty covers:
- Renewed devices are covered by a limited Ready2Resale warranty.
- The warranty covers functional issues only and does not cover physical damage or liquid damage after delivery.
- Battery performance degradation due to normal usage is not covered under the renewed device warranty.
- Warranty is void if the device is opened, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorized service center.
- For products covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions apply. For assistance, please contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly. To help us support your request if needed, please take clear photos and an unboxing video as soon as you receive the product
Violation
We do not handle return, refund, replacement, or warranty claims if:
- Defects are caused by unusual voltage, natural disasters, mishandling.
- The product has been opened, repaired, or altered.
- IMEI has been deleted, edited, vandalized, or does not match our database.
- The original invoice is missing, altered, or deemed illicit.
- The defect is caused by software issues.
- This policy covers defects that occur under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, or not following the usage instructions isn’t covered.
- Not covered under OEM policies.
Do We Accept Exchanges?
Exchange only approved after physical inspection of the device. All the transit charges are appliable upon the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
We encourage you to record an unboxing video or take pictures when you receive your products. This helps us process any returns, replacements, or warranty claims smoothly and efficiently. Your cooperation ensures that we can assist you quickly and effectively. Thank you for understanding.
Please note that Ready2Resale is not liable for any damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning a device. To avoid this, we kindly ask that you securely wrap the item or place it back in its original box to protect it during shipment. Any items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the buyer without alterations.
Before returning your device, please ensure that you remove any Apple ID, passcode, or pattern lock. Ready2Resale, a project by SK WORLD FZCO, cannot be held responsible for any data loss or misuse.

Shipping Method
Ready2Resale may need up to 48 hours to process any order before shipping.
Ready2Resale delivers orders Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver orders placed after 3 p.m. on Saturday and dispatch those on Monday.
High order volumes might lead to slight delays occasionally.

Orders within the United Arab Emirates qualify for free delivery.
Currently, our delivery service extends throughout the UAE and GCC only.

Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email.
Confirm your order before 10 a.m. UAE time for the option of same-day delivery at an additional cost of AED 30 per device.
