- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Change of Mind:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- In case of a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted at the time of refund.
Policy Breach:
- If the device is packed and unused, a full return is applicable, except for the return shipping cost.
- If the device is used, the refund amount will be determined after a complete inspection of the device.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Refund:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Any cosmetic damage, such as dents, scratches, and cracked plastic on ports, among other things.
LCD Damage Issues:
Similar to Apple's policy, we do not cover LCD damage under our warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, screen cracks, pixel issues, discoloration, and touchscreen malfunctions caused by accidental drops, impacts, or pressure.
