Return and Exchange Policy
Ready 2 Resale strives to deliver goods and services that go beyond your expectations. Our first goal is to make sure you’re satisfied. Please review our policy for returns, refunds, and replacements. It contains details on how we handle these claims.


Return Policy

Product returns are only possible under certain circumstances:

  • Due to defects or damage, a product does not meet the standards offered on our website.

  • The company delivered the wrong products.

  • In case a customer wants to return a brand-new device, 20% of the cost they paid will be deducted. The original box must be unopened, and the seal should be intact. The minimum deduction amounts to 200 AED. You can initiate the return within three (3) days of receiving the order.

  • If the seal of the box of the new device is opened or damaged, the return will be subject to additional charges.

Change of Mind

Generally speaking, Ready 2 Resale refuses to consider returns for changes of mind. If a customer returns something without fault, 20% of the cost they paid will be deducted. The minimum deduction amounts to 200 AED. You can initiate the return within three (3) days of receiving the order. The item must be unopened and in its original package.


Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Guidelines

  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • To request cancellation, please contact the Ready 2 Resale customer support team via email or phone.

Shipped Orders:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered, subject to our Return Policy.

Refund for Cancellations:

  • If a cancellation is approved, a refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer, and the transfer may take up to 45 days to be completed, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.

  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Customized or specially requested items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.

Same-Day Delivery Orders:

  • Cancellation requests for same-day delivery orders must be made within one hour of placing the order.

  • Once the order is dispatched for delivery, cancellations are no longer permitted.

  • Refunds for same-day delivery cancellations will be processed as per our standard refund policy, with delivery charges being non-refundable.


Shipping Charges

  • Ready 2 Resale does not cover shipping charges for returns. Even if the item was initially shipped for free, the buyer is still responsible for any incurred shipping costs.

Out-of-Stock Product Policy

  • If the product you bought is out of stock or there are problems with our inventory and quality control, we may have to cancel your order. We’ll notify you ahead of time. If you bought online, when our team verifies your request, you will get your money back through the original payment method. No reimbursement is necessary if you choose cash on delivery.

Transportation Damage

  • Ready 2 Resale packages the merchandise with the highest level of care. However, we are not responsible for any harm to the products during shipping.

  • Do not accept the order if the box is damaged. Record a video when accepting the order to provide evidence of any damage for a claim in case the product is damaged.


Exchange Policy

Customers may seek a replacement within fourteen (14) days after delivery.
Replacement can only be processed when:

  • Damaged Product: If the delivered product is physically damaged.

  • Non-functional or Flawed: If the item is defective or malfunctions upon delivery.

  • Incomplete Order: If the delivered order is incomplete (missing accessories or parts).

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the delivered products are not what was ordered.

To start a replacement claim, send evidence (videos and pictures). If your order qualifies, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address. Once you return the original item, we will issue a free new order using normal delivery. We will arrange pickup within three (3) days. Upon receipt of the products, provide pictures and a video of their unboxing.

Exchange with New Device

Customers may also seek a replacement within fourteen (14) days after delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must be original, with no visible signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

Exchange Process:

  • The customer must contact our customer service team within 14 days to initiate the exchange process.

  • Upon approval, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.


Warranty Policy

Recording a video unboxing is recommended whenever you open a package.
Warranty covered:

  • Damaged Product: If the delivered product is physically damaged.

  • Non-functional or Flawed: If the item is defective or malfunctions upon delivery.

  • Physical Damage: Products with extra dents, scratches, broken keys, or irregular battery timing.

  • The warranty lasts for one year, with its terms and conditions applied.

Customers must contact the manufacturer’s service center for warranty assistance. There is a 14-day warranty covering the terms and conditions for refurbished products.


Violation

We will not handle return, refund, replacement, or warranty claims in these cases:

  • Defects caused by natural disasters, mishandling, or drops.

  • Products that have been opened, repaired, or altered.

  • Accessories are not covered under warranties.

  • If the IMEI is deleted, edited, vandalized, or does not match the Ready 2 Resale database.

  • The original invoice is not provided.

Customer Responsibility

  • Always make an unboxing video when you get the products. No return, replacement, refund, or warranty claim will be valid without video or picture proof.

  • Before handing over the device, remove the Apple ID, passcode, or pattern lock.

  • Ready 2 Resale is not responsible for any data loss or misuse.

Modification

Ready 2 Resale can change its return, refund, replacement, and warranty policy at any time and without prior notice.

Payment Process

  1. Choose bank installment at the checkout.
  2. Enter your information and add your credit card.
  3. Your first payment will be deducted in full when you place the order.
  4. You will call your bank two days after the transaction to convert the transaction into installments.
  5. After that, a reminder will be sent before the due date of your next installment.
